The
Hawthorne House Association is a 501 c(3) organization. Because no
goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation and/or
membership, it is 100% tax deductible.
For
the Buy-A-Brick campaign, the donor is purchasing a personal
memorial/message wihich costs $80. Hence, the tax deductible
portion of the donor's $300 brick contribution is $220.
