The Hawthorne Community Association is governed by a board of trustees who serve five year terms. The trustees nominate officers during each annual meeting, approve major expenditures and perform other duties as specified by written bylaws. The current trustees and officers are shown below.
Our Mission
To perpetuate the memory of Nathaniel Hawthorne and preserve the structure and architectural integrity of his boyhood home in Raymond, Maine.
To honor the memory of the early settlers of the community who worshiped in that building when it was converted for church services.
To foster and maintain friendly relations among both the permanent and temporary residents of the community.
