Capital Campaign Complete! Thank you to all who gave!

Announcing the New Old Hawthorne House!
New  foundation, new roof, new siding, new HVAC, new steps, new paint

Thanks to all the friends and members who gave to the Capital Campaign that started in 2019, continued through the Covid years,  and is ending in 2024.  We did it!  Thanks to you we raised over $100,000 and were able to lift up the entire house to rebuild the foundation, add new siding, and especially a new roof.  Yes, we still need work to do, but the projects are smaller:

• • • New stairs and railing
    • Repair, re-caulk windows 
    • Paint the interior

As with any old building, unexpected repairs will be ongoing so gifts above and beyond regular memberships are most welcome and will be set aside for special projects.  The thermometer of progress still has some space in it, but together, we can meet those needs.
