It was almost a full house and we were ready for an overflow crowd with outdoor speakers and a warm, sunny June afternoon. After enjoying an excellent presentation by Joseph Cassidy, president of St. Joseph’s College, we all dove into strawberry shortcake and chocolate covered strawberries courtesy of Migis Lodge.
Thank you to all the bakers, the strawberry choppers, and a special thank you to President Cassidy for a well-received, stimulating presentation.
