Sebago Lake Watershed Protection Panel Presentation and Discussion at the Hawthorne House
Thursday, September 3rd at 6:30 pm.
Due to limited seating, please RSVP to info@hawthorneassoc.com or call Mary Ann at 603.494.3246.

Are you drinking Lake Sebago water?  Isn’t it wonderful?  Sebago provides drinking water to over 200,000 people, young and old, throughout the Sebago Watershed and the Portland Water District.

Will it stay that way? Is the water quality declining with population growth in the lakes region?

How do we protect the quality of our water today and for future generations? What happens to water quality when shoreland property owners damage the shoreline?

Hawthorne Community Association is hosting a panel presentation and discussion about the current state of the watershed, the organizations that support its water quality, and the challenges that they face.

Representatives from Portland Water District, Town of Raymond Code Enforcement, and the Maine Senate will answer questions and provide important and up-to-date information.

Please come and join the discussion.
