The Hawthorne House Association is a 501 c(3) organization. Because no goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation and/or membership, it is 100% tax deductible.

For the Buy-A-Brick campaign, all labor and materials are pro gratis.  Hence, your $300 brick contribution is 100% tax deductible.
