Chair Yoga by Gretchen!
Join us for a donation-based Chair Yoga class to benefit The Hawthorne House! Saturday, July 25 th at 10:00 a.m.
No experience needed! All you need is comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga incorporating traditional yoga poses while having the stable base of a chair. Yoga improves strength, flexibility, reduces stress, and makes everyone happy!
